SURVERYOR

We currently need an experienced surveyor which can carry out site surveys of domestic and commercial property's. To sketch up plans and carry out a laser-measured survey. Must have a UK driving licence and be willing to travel around London and surrounding areas. Meeting clients and having good communication skills. Must have knowledge of planning law and basic building methods. Excellent rates are offered for full or part-time positions needed in the current vacant position.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

We currently need an experienced Engineer that has worked in the domestic area of construction. From Loft conversions to extensions we need a fas enthusiastic person that can take on projects by demand. Must be AutoCAD proficient and be up to date with all the BS codes of low-rise buildings. A UK driving licence holder is essential for site visits/inspections. Main placements are within London, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Kent, Essex and Oxford.

CAD TECHNICIAN

We currently need a CAD technician with minimum 10 years experience in the building design field, know the latest building regulations for loft conversions and house extensions. Must be knowledgeable in AutoCAD. Part-time or full-time position available, must have a UK drivers licence and have excellent communication skills. Needs to have planning knowledge for basic permitted development and planning requirements but not essential, please call and apply within.

PARTY WALL - ASSISTANT

We currently need on a part-time basis a Party Wall Assistant to help us with the current large work volume. Main duties will be related to Party Wall matters, Awards, Site visits, Schedule of conditions and Customer After Care. Exelent rates and must hold a valid UK driver's licence.
