These are our trade prices for planning design, included will be FREE measured survey, FREE consultation, FREE set of drawings, FREE amendments to all drawings, PLANS, ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS produced within 2 weeks for the planning department, FREE agent service taking care of the project whilst in the planning departments hands until approval. All prices are +Vat.

These are our trade prices for full building regulations design, included will be FREE measured survey, FREE consultation, FREE amendments to all drawings, PLANS, ELEVATIONS, SECTIONS, FOUNDATION, DRAINAGE, FULL MATERIAL SPECIFICATION and STEEL BEAM layouts produced within 2 weeks for building control, FREE agent service taking care of the project whilst in building controls hands until approval. Drawings are compliant for Thames Water, Party-wall Surveyors, Building Inspectors and Builders. All prices are +Vat.
Please note that you will require structural calculations based on steel-work design if you have any steels designed within your scope of works this will incur a separate fee to the engineer.
THIRD PARTY ADDITIONAL PRICES
In some events, the Planning Department require additional information based on the current circumstances of your property, such as being located in a flood zone or needing a fire strategy. Below are rough prices of third party fees that may arise.
LONDON BUILDING CONTROL - (LBC) We use only the best inspectors to oversee our projects, LBC include unlimited site visits for inspections and offer a first-class service for advice on building methods. Prompt call out visits and final certificate warranted on each project. We can help you with the submission process if needed.
