PROPOSED SINGLE STOREY MODERN REAR EXTENSION
This is the extent of what you can do in just 2 weeks draughting time, we at DISCOUNT PLANS LIMITED put together two elements, a single storey rear extension and a loft conversion all ready for submission to the local council. A full building regulation design pack was approved and structural calculations where prepared in just two days.
OUR OWN SMALL CASE STUDY
Another project by Potico design and build, which was done for a good friend. Again the same story plans where drawn up submitted to the council for planning approval. this design was a single-story side infill extension which is very popular with these kind of properties. After 8 weeks the client received planning permission and the build took off. This now is the completed project, photos and drawings are set out below.
