Discount Plans Ltd are the first point of call if you require any quote or tender for your project. The Builders that we have recommend to our client's have won and completed projects and are shown on our before and after job page.

From all the site information gathered (dimensioned survey notes, sketches and photo's) our engineers and draftsmen will produce high standard CAD drawings showing all the existing and proposed plans and elevations at a scale of 1:50 and 1:100.
This will then all be completed back at the office an turned around in 4 working days. All drawings will be saved on file for clients review on second visit.
The preparation is then made by downloading the relevant councils planning application forms for the proposed scheme. Discount Plans will retrieve online from Promap (an internet mapping company) a correct site address of an OS style base map at 1:1250 and a 1:500 block plan of site.
