our loft conversion for full building regs design and structural calculations were priced at £1000. after shopping around we found discount plans ltd which looked after the project from design sign off, we were getting quotes from other architects for the same design scheme for £3600! a well recomended design company.

I can honestly say that after searching the web for two weeks for an architect, discount plan are the most down to earth and easy working practise out there. I needed someone to hire to create drawings for our extension to our house that we just purchased.
