All our clients are provided with a simple fixed fee. There are no hidden costs or charges and site visits within a 15 mile radius are free. Discount Plans also acts as your agent free of charge, helping you from the start to finish for your project, making drawing copy's, filling out application forms, taking site photos, writing out access & design statements for council requirements, liaising with council staff by phone, email or fax, and updating any drawings for councils at short notice and, of course, at no extra charge.

WHERE AS OTHER ARCHITECTS WILL CHARGE YOU INDIVIDUAL FEES FOR EACH DESIGN, SUCH AS A LOFT, SINGLE SIDE/REAR OR DOUBLE SIDE DESIGNS WHICH CAN ADD UP TO A LARGE DESIGN COST FOR YOUR COMPLETE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS.
