Upon submitting your planning application you will require a site map of your plot, which councils ask for to establish your ownership of land.
Your boundary plot is then highlighted in red around your ownership of land usually surrounding your property.
Members of public can obtain this OS Base map from their local borough council's planning department for a fee of £35. Discount Plans Ltd holds an account with an online mapping company where this price is at a cost saving £25. You can take advantage of this by including this service with our design service when you submit your address details including post code. OS base maps are posted within 3 working days as a hard copies and are in the form of 5 orriginal A4 copies at a scale of 1:1250 of your property plot in a 'do not bend' envelope.
DXF file formats can also be sent via email upon request.
